About the Role
The Finance Business Partner plays an integral role within the Tapestry Europe FP&A team to provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for store and digital related SG&A for Tapestry Europe. This role collaborates closely with key stakeholders to develop robust financial plans, providing constructive challenge and insight to support sound decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage and plan the Tapestry Europe store SG&A budgets, including payroll, occupancy, operations, selling, and distribution costs
- Lead the monthly cost review process with key stakeholders to identify variances to the plan and associated risks or opportunities
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives and support actions to improve store profitability
- Utilise SAP and Hyperion to build payroll KPIs to support with financial analysis and budgeting
- Manage the store P&L for Tapestry Europe Retail and Outlet channels, including digital operating costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Store Operations, HR, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Digital
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner leading operating budgets, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management
- Qualified accountant with a recognised professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency with Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex business challenges and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide constructive challenge, influence stakeholders, and drive effective decision-making at all levels
- Collaborative and results-driven team player, with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to delivering business outcomes
- Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
