About the Role
Lead Greenstone's UX design capability and shape exceptional customer experiences by embedding customer-centred design into every stage of product discovery and delivery. Working closely with Product, Technology and business stakeholders, you'll lead a small team of UX designers, champion best practice design standards, and ensure design efforts are focused on delivering the greatest value for both our customers and the business.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead UX Designer, Senior UX Designer (with leadership responsibilities), UX Design Manager, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centred design, interaction design, visual design, and design systems
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading, mentoring, developing and prioritising the work of a small UX team
- Ownership of discovery and prioritisation
- Experience using data, customer insights and experimentation to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and deliver commercially viable solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across Product, Technology, business stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using customer insights and data to inform design decisions
- Passion for innovation and keeping up to date with emerging UX trends, tools and technologies
- High emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability, with a growth mindset and the ability to influence, challenge assumptions and embrace feedback
