About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to operate as a true business partner to ANZ Go-To-Market Executives, driving operational excellence and serving as a strategic partner. This role requires anticipating business needs, representing executive priorities, and leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to ANZ Go-To-Market Executives, understanding business priorities to make judgment calls, flag important matters, and filter irrelevant information.
  • Represent the executive's voice and priorities in cross-functional settings, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of GTM priorities, organizational changes, strategic initiatives, and leadership rhythms to support executive effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams to advance strategic initiatives, communications, and operational rhythms.
  • Serve as a connective layer across the GTM organization by coordinating stakeholders, surfacing issues, and driving alignment.
  • Own complex logistics for leadership offsites, executive meetings, customer events, all-hands, and global planning sessions.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable across all organizational levels, exercising sound judgment on follow-up, escalation, and initiative progression.
  • Actively leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research, meeting preparation, and operational workflows.
  • Build lightweight systems, templates, and processes to improve executive and organizational operations.
  • Model modern work practices and share AI-enabled best practices with the Executive Assistant community.
  • Manage a complex global calendar with competing priorities and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with attention to detail, discretion, and contingency planning.
  • Oversee expenses, budgets, purchasing, and executive operational support, aligning with business priorities.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant community to ensure strong collaboration and executive coverage.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for other Executive Assistants by sharing best practices, tools, and operational expertise.
  • Build trusted relationships across the GTM organization and become a go-to partner for leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A strategic thinker who anticipates senior leader needs, brings structure to ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced, global business.
  • Enjoys being a force multiplier, solving problems without obvious owners, and driving impactful business work.
  • 8+ years supporting C-level or senior executives (VP+) in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic business partner, not just a scheduler, to senior leadership.
  • Strong track record of using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve personal and team productivity.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams and managing complex international schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, executive presence, and business acumen to represent senior leadership credibly.
  • Proven experience planning and executing high-profile executive meetings, customer events, offsites, board meetings, or leadership summits.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across executive leadership teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Passion and a willingness to apply if not all boxes are ticked.
