About the Role

The Manager, Advanced Analytics & BI leads the strategy, design, and delivery of the enterprise reporting and advanced analytics ecosystem that supports revenue performance. This role owns the BI roadmap, partners closely with the Data team to co-develop scalable BI pipelines and dashboard solutions, and leads advanced analytics projects that turn data into measurable business impact. As a hands-on technical leader, the Manager sets standards, drives cross-functional initiatives, and influences stakeholders across the enterprise, while safeguarding the integrity, governance, and continuous improvement of the BI reporting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the data and BI strategy and roadmap, aligning advanced analytics investments with enterprise and FP&A priorities.
  • Lead advanced analytics projects end to end, partnering with stakeholders to frame the business question, managing delivery, and translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems, leveraging techniques such as forecasting, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Champion the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices to advance the organization’s analytics maturity.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the data pipelines and data models that integrate, map, and structure data from multiple source systems into a reliable, enterprise-ready foundation for reporting and analytics.
  • Translate business requirements into consumption patterns, reports, and multi-dimensional models.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards, and oversee the preparation and maintenance of weekly enterprise reports.
  • Partner with the Data/Data Engineering team to co-develop scalable BI pipelines and dashboard solutions, ensuring alignment between data architecture and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate on data modeling, integration, and platform decisions that support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
  • Drive discussions with business users to solicit, review and prioritize reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Own and enforce enterprise BI standards, policies, and governance.
  • Ensure the flow of data and data integrity throughout the enterprise reporting ecosystem.
  • Enable and support stakeholders in understanding and using enterprise reports, dashboards, and tools to solve business needs.
  • Lead or support special projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field, including experience leading projects and influencing technical direction.
  • Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong experience with SQL, ETL development (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar), and data warehousing methodologies such as Star Schema and Kimball.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience applying advanced analytics techniques, including forecasting, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
  • Skilled at partnering with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and reporting solutions.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term roadmap planning with day-to-day business priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and driven to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into meaningful business value.
  • Prior working experience in retail, manufacturing or distribution environments, and with systems including Microsoft D365, Anaplan, Python, R, Alteryx, or KNIME are considered strong assets.

Salary/Compensations

  • $102,000.00 - $141,000.00 / year
