About the Role
This role involves managing financial transactions and accounts within the real estate sector, contributing to the efficient operation of a property management company.
Responsibilities
- Execution of direct debit collections and dunning processes.
- Monitoring, cleaning, and clarifying tenant accounts.
- Booking all relevant business transactions.
- Reviewing and maintaining security deposit management.
- Handling out-of-court and judicial debt collection.
- Performing debt valuations and individual value adjustments.
- Collaborating closely with other departments, such as portfolio management, and with lawyers.
- Managing the registration of claims in insolvency proceedings.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification in the real estate sector.
- Relevant professional experience in accounting or controlling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
- Structured and efficient work style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
