About the Role
The Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and in accordance with Holt Renfrew standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specifications
- Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs
- Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty
- Execute promotions as instructed by Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offers
- Follow up with clients on services offered
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Send “Thank you” notes to all first time clients
- Ensure treatments are completed as per schedule in a thorough, professional manner
- Perform stock keeping duties as required
- Ensure cabins are kept neat and clean at all times
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Work in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivity
- Works collaboratively with all counters in the achievement of mutual goals
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Professional make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification
- 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity

Salary/Compensations
- $17.60 - $31.50 per hour
