About the Role
Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center is seeking a Part-Time Night Shift Security and Maintenance professional to maintain a peaceful and secure community environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Patrol building for resident safety and equipment checks.
- Take out trash from garbage cans.
- Respond to and investigate complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, or incidents, reporting promptly to management, law enforcement, or emergency personnel as appropriate.
- Perform light maintenance, including salting and shoveling walkways, addressing plumbing issues during off-hours, and replacing light bulbs.
- Provide resident services such as package delivery and valet services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Valid NYS Driver's License required.
