About the Role

Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector is seeking an experienced Program Manager 3 to support the Launch Systems (NGLS) business unit. This role will oversee Firefly Aerospace's adherence to technical, schedule, and contractual requirements for the Antares/Eclipse program, collaborating closely with program leadership. The manager will foster strong relationships with Firefly and Northrop Grumman to ensure program success and value creation.

Responsibilities

Oversight of cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of Firefly’s support for the A330 and Eclipse vehicles.
Ensure reporting of program performance in Internal Program Reviews and Quarterly EAC reviews.
Lead and direct a cross-functional support team evaluating program cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance objectives.
Oversee baseline change implementation for new Scope of Work.
Identify and status program technical and financial risks and opportunities.
Ensure Firefly execution per agreements and contracts.
Develop both NG and Firefly relationships and intimacy to support program insight and oversight.
Deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other program stakeholders.
Participate in the negotiation of development agreements, contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 15 years’ experience supporting Aerospace or Government Contracts; OR a Master’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
10 years program management experience with liquid propulsion launch vehicles and/or missile programs.
Prior leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily to Chandler, AZ.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
