About the Role

Able Innovations is seeking dynamic individuals from the healthcare industry to join our Customer Success Team as Clinical Implementation Specialists. In this role, you will serve as the on-site expert, training hospital staff on how to use our cutting-edge technology to improve safety and efficiency, acting as our boots-on-the-ground representative during critical product launches and implementation phases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education, and human connection.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment.
Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using the new technology in real-time.
Bridge the gap between engineering and nursing, translating technical features into clinical benefits.
Observe usage on the floor, identify barriers to adoption, and encourage hesitant staff to try the new workflow.
Report site-specific feedback, bugs, or wins back to the Able Innovations headquarters to help improve the product.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER) preferred.
Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role.
Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus.
Comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues.
Personality that is approachable, empathetic and persuasive.
Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel (US).
Must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
Resourceful, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
