About the Role
Hiring full-time servers with a minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. This position could lead to a Lead Server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays (Non-negotiable)
- Must be able to serve alcohol
- Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and work cooperatively with other associates
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs to shoulder height
- Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters
Requirements
- Minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- Final eligibility includes successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen test
