- Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate content development, automate administrative tasks, and personalize learning paths.
- Produce modern training formats, with a focus on micro-learning sessions and engaging short-form video content built for retail sales associates.
- Conduct virtual training webinars and in-person sessions that communicate complex technical features and consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct field observations and use data-driven insights to identify improvement areas, reporting findings to the Training Manager and Sales Leadership.
- Create and maintain current sales resources, including playbooks, scripts, and digital collateral tailored for the Canadian market.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of successful training and enablement experience, preferably within direct marketing, telecommunications, or consumer technology.

- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, AI video and audio editors) to improve content creation speed and quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) for real-time collaboration and presentation design.
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-energy presentations to diverse audiences.
