About the Role

As a Demand Planner (12-month contract), you will transform data into business insights that help drive smarter decisions across the supply chain. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create accurate forecasts, optimize inventory, and ensure products are available when and where consumers need them. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing business decisions, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain demand forecasts by combining historical trends, business insights, and market intelligence to support business goals.
  • Analyze forecast performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions that enhance forecasting accuracy and planning effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and customer insights into demand plans.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and scenarios that support Sales & Operations Planning and key business decision-making processes.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to uncover trends, communicate risks and opportunities, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen forecasting capabilities, planning processes, and digital adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
