About the Role
We are seeking a talented, collaborative, and curious designer with expertise in all areas of application and medium, across all channels, with an emphasis on digital and email design. You will contribute ideas and design solutions across various experiences, ensuring optimized usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will collaborate closely with the creative, project management, and account teams from kickoff to execution.
Responsibilities
- Create purposeful design elements, patterns, modular assets, and templates for cohesiveness and efficiency.
- Design for integrated customer experiences including email, web, social, deployment, and delivery technologies.
- Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and development teams to ensure design excellence and meet business objectives.
- Demonstrate diverse design skills across websites, landing pages, mobile apps, email, banners, and social media.
- Leverage insights from research and data to connect with target audiences and meet user needs.
- Contribute ideas beyond the ask and explore fresh ways to solve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications, user experience design, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of design experience with multi-channel expertise in web, email, mobile app, banners, and social media.
- Portfolio demonstrating professional design work for web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on email.
- Experience working with brand guides, digital style guides, modular components, and templates.
- Strong understanding of design principles in typography, iconography, color, imagery, motion design, UI patterns, and elements.
- Highly creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Organized, efficient, and collaborative with strong work ethics.
- Ability to provide clear points of view on creative ideas and choices.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
