About the Role
CLEAR is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team and drive growth in critical technical areas. This role involves partnering with tech leaders to attract top talent and scale the organization by leveraging creativity, precision, and data-driven strategies to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for product and company goals.
- Use AI, data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisions.
- Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill roles.
- Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes.
- Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security roles.
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, Claude and other AI enabled tools.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
