About the Role
Perch is seeking an elite mortgage agent/broker or mortgage advisor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to automate 70% of your workflow, eliminate underwriting, and receive dedicated support to focus on building relationships and closing deals, thereby growing your mortgage business.
Responsibilities
- Automate 70% of workflow
- Eliminate underwriting
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Nurture client pipeline and identify new opportunities
- Guide clients step-by-step through their application
- Integrate Equifax soft credit checks
- Automatically request correct documents from clients
- Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting
- Manage client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings
- Keep referral partners informed with automatic status updates
Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union
