About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Service Assistant (RSA) to join our growing team at Canterbury Woods, a continuing care retirement community dedicated to providing older adults with the best possible living experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with transfers and wheelchair transport as needed.
- Assist residents with laundering of clothing and light housekeeping.
- Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
- Monitor residents and report on their condition.
- Provide a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.
Requirements
- Must have proven work experience and certificate as a home health aide (HHA) / personal care assistant (PCA) / or certified nurse aide (CNA).
- Must have verbal and written English skills.
