About the Role

This role owns the enterprise identity, tenancy, and audit features for the company's fastest-growing customers, including health systems, IT services firms, and regulated industries. The goal is to ensure these features behave as expected by security teams before widespread adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise identity end to end, including SAML 2.0/OIDC federation and SCIM provisioning against Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Own the tenancy layer, making organizations, seats, roles, entitlements, and shared credit pools self-serve for administrators.
• Develop audit and admin surfaces such as access logs, session policy, and de-provisioning.
• Partner with forward-deployed and customer-success engineers on customer rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with production exposure to authentication and authorization.
• Experience integrating an enterprise Identity Provider (IdP).
• Fluency across the stack: TypeScript/React front end, Python back end, and cloud identity primitives (Cognito or equivalent).
• Ability to handle migrations, edge cases, and failure modes, particularly customer login issues on weekends.
