About the Role

Able Innovations is seeking a dynamic Clinical Implementation Specialist to join their Customer Success Team. This role involves training hospital staff on new technology, acting as an on-site expert, and representing the company during product launches. It's ideal for individuals who enjoy the intersection of technology, education, and human connection.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment.
  • Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using the new technology.
  • Translate technical features into clinical benefits for nursing staff.
  • Observe usage on the floor, identify barriers to adoption, and encourage hesitant staff to try the new workflow.
  • Report site-specific feedback, bugs, or wins back to Able Innovations headquarters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER) preferred.
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role.
  • Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
  • Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Approachable, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
  • Valid G or G2 driver's license.
  • Eligibility for cross-border travel (US).
