About the Role

Canduct Industries is seeking a Receiving Warehouse Associate to support material handling requirements within their manufacturing facility. This role involves collaboration with team members to manage receiving, inventory, and production tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Complete receiving and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  • Physically count and cross-check receiving material with accompanying paperwork.
  • Label material and move it to the proper inventory location.
  • Operate a forklift safely at all times.
  • Pick and pack raw materials for customer orders.
  • Investigate and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate low/high inventory items to the buyer in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of material to production cells.
  • Remove pallets from the production floor to appropriate disposal units.
  • Initiate action to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the department.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of receiving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Current, transferable forklift license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Highly organized to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take full ownership of the job.
  • Effective communication skills for clear communication with team members and customers.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines.
  • Elevated level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, transitioning promptly and efficiently between tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
