About the Role
Responsible for researching, developing, and updating products and services in support of the Business Services department, while providing technical assistance and product support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, perform, support, and maintain products and services of the Cash Management Services department.
- Provide technical assistance and product support to Business clients.
- Respond to and complete support requests submitted by bank employees and external clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in the completion of requests for services.
- Solicit new business from existing and prospective clients.
- Make business development calls and maintain ongoing business relationships with existing clients for prospective cross-selling opportunities.
- Make presentations of business services/products to various individuals or groups.
- Cross-sell business services/products.
- Arrange meetings with other company personnel as appropriate.
- Maintain specialized knowledge of NACHA rules as they apply to Business Clients that originate ACH transactions.
- Audit ACH Originating and Remote Deposit Capture business clients to determine rule compliance.
- Complete all daily/assigned work efficiently, timely, and accurately.
- Protect the privacy of internal confidential information and ensure all procedures are being followed to safeguard any client non-public information.
- Conform to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience and/or formal training in a related position.
- Proficient interpersonal skills, sales and communication skills in dealing with clients and all levels of management.
- Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, computer software, and operating systems.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
