About the Role

Granite State ABA Services, LLC is seeking ABA Paraprofessionals to serve families and children with Autism and behavioral disorders. You will work 1:1 with individuals aged 2-21 under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and collecting data in home, community, or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plan targets using established behavioral interventions.
• Assist with the development and implementation of behavioral support plans.
• Support daily living and personal care routines using structured ABA strategies.
• Facilitate parent training on ABA intervention implementation.
• Collect daily data for each client session.
• Document all clinical activities.
• Attend monthly staff team meetings and mandatory training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to appointments within the service area (15-60 mins).
• Telehealth capability required (iPad provided, reliable internet needed).
• Must have own reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance (100/330K).
• Must have a smart phone.
• Strong oral and written language skills.
• Organized and timely.
• Maintain professional boundaries with families.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
