About the Role
N26's Corporate Governance team seeks an Administrative Assistant to manage executive governance workflows and administrative processes for the Management Board. This role operates at the intersection of C-suite leadership, Finance, Legal, and Risk.
Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and prepare materials for Management Board and committee meetings.
- Ensure presentations are uploaded on time and meet executive standards.
- Assess incoming meeting materials for clarity, formatting, and clear decision objectives.
- Take official meeting minutes and track follow-up action items.
- Maintain secure digital archives for governance records.
- Coordinate document approvals via digital signature tools.
- Keep board portals and process management systems up to date.
- Collaborate with C-suite EAs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams.
- Facilitate documentation for onboarding new Supervisory and Management Board members.
- Provide quick access to records during audits.
- Maintain accurate and updated committee Rules of Procedure, deputy registers, and internal governance guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive admin experience supporting senior leaders, C-suite executives, or board operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to finance or legal stakeholders.
- Comfort collaborating across corporate, compliance, and leadership teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- High organizational speed & quality.
- Track record of handling confidential materials, meeting deadlines, and managing complex schedules.
- Strong tech & project skills.
- Experience with digital approval tools, document management, and meeting logistics.
