About the Role
This position is for individuals interested in pursuing a career within the administrative team of a law firm. Candidates considering law school should apply for a paralegal and/or case assistant role. You will be a critical part of Alston & Bird’s world-class professional service staff, delivering a high level of customer service known as Alston & Bird's TOP ECHELON service, supporting internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform project work
- Perform database entry
- Perform file maintenance
- Perform file organization
- Perform file indexing
- Perform file closing
- Prepare file labels and folders
- Assist with document production
- Assist with binder organization
- Assist with copying
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional work environment
- Professional business references will be required
- A background screening will be required
