About the Role
As an International Equity Distribution Sales Trader, you will be responsible for helping to execute the strategy of the Equity Distribution business, executing trades, and providing advisory market content in line with the Function’s trading strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Create and deliver high-value added financial analysis to targeted universe of clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to cross-sell other products offered by the bank.
- Identify and contact prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
Requirements
- Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, in-depth product and market knowledge.
- Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise.
- Proven ability to coach and encourage a diverse team of talented individuals to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations.
- Dynamic, agile, highly motivated. Able to navigate, adapt and thrive in a constantly changing/evolving global bank.
