About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Claims Consultant to join our Travel Claims team. This role is ideal for experienced claims handlers from the insurance industry, specifically within Travel or General Insurance. We offer comprehensive investment in our people through succession planning, mentoring, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-level customer service to all internal and external partners.
• Managing a portfolio of Travel insurance claims, applying policy wording and guidelines to customer circumstances.
• Processing claims from end to end to ensure resolution.
• Engaging external rehabilitation assistance to aid individuals in returning to work.
• Handling customer interactions via email and phone.

Requirements

• Claims handling experience.
• A passion for high-quality customer service.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including database and Microsoft Office proficiency.
