About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager in Real Estate, you will support project initiation, client onboarding, document management, design and construction processes, meeting coordination, procurement, compliance, reporting, and team collaboration to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project initiation, client onboarding, and document management.
- Help with design, construction processes, submittals, and RFIs.
- Coordinate project meetings.
- Assist in procuring consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with document controls, manage invoices, and provide project reports.
- Collaborate with internal resources and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Foster effective teamwork.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager coordinating projects and assisting construction projects of increasing complexity.
- A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject.
- Willingness to work toward CAPM, PMP or P.Eng.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & MSProject or P6.
- Bilingual with English and French is an asset or may be a requirement.

- $60,000 - $85,000 per year
