About the Role

Design Consultants at 3 Day Blinds meet clients in their homes to help them design custom window treatments and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. The role offers company-provided appointments, paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

Requirements

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.
• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required.
