About the Role

Meta is seeking a Data Analyst to own and scale the analysis and technical infrastructure that powers communications measurement. You will be the dedicated technical lead for press monitoring infra, including data pipelines, front-end tooling, AI-driven classification systems, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate bridges media domain expertise with production-grade execution, building and maintaining the systems that produce data.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the technical infrastructure powering press measurements.
Design, build, and maintain front-end interfaces and dashboards for Comms teams.
Develop and maintain back-end data pipelines and integrations.
Build and improve AI-driven features, implementing human-in-the-loop QA processes.
Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to iterate on methodologies and expand capabilities.
Debug production systems, manage data quality incidents, and ensure reporting continuity.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase efficiency through tooling and AI integration.
Contribute to the team's long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a related technical field with hands-on development work.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL, R).
Demonstrated ability to work across the stack from data infrastructure to user-facing interfaces.
Experience leveraging AI/ML models in production workflows (e.g., text classification, NLP, relevance scoring).
Experience communicating technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
