About the Role
Meta is seeking a Data Analyst to own and scale the analysis and technical infrastructure that powers communications measurement. You will be the dedicated technical lead for press monitoring infra, including data pipelines, front-end tooling, AI-driven classification systems, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate bridges media domain expertise with production-grade execution, building and maintaining the systems that produce data.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the technical infrastructure powering press measurements.
- Design, build, and maintain front-end interfaces and dashboards for Comms teams.
- Develop and maintain back-end data pipelines and integrations.
- Build and improve AI-driven features, implementing human-in-the-loop QA processes.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to iterate on methodologies and expand capabilities.
- Debug production systems, manage data quality incidents, and ensure reporting continuity.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase efficiency through tooling and AI integration.
- Contribute to the team's long-term technical strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a related technical field with hands-on development work.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL, R).
- Demonstrated ability to work across the stack from data infrastructure to user-facing interfaces.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML models in production workflows (e.g., text classification, NLP, relevance scoring).
- Experience communicating technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
