About the Role
Stryker Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Division is seeking a Design Engineer to design customized patient implants, directly impacting healthcare by providing solutions for complex cases where patients may have limited options.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop patient-specific implants using CAD software.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including regulatory, quality, engineer standards, manufacturing, and sterility.
- Understand human anatomy through courses to aid in implant design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biomedical or Mechanical preferred).
- 0-2 years of product design experience.
- Experience in CAD.
- Knowledge of design controls and risk management (Preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Preferred).
