About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis intern to support financial planning, reporting, business performance analysis, sales and project controlling, and management reporting. This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis while working with financial and operational data to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers.
  • Assist in creating presentations for management reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
  • Assist with sales pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting.
  • Support project profitability analysis and resource utilization reporting.
  • Assist in monitoring project financial performance and identifying variances.
  • Help prepare financial analyses for project reviews.
  • Prepare data for management meetings and leadership presentations.
  • Maintain financial databases and reporting files.
  • Collaborate with finance team members on cross-functional projects.
  • Support ad hoc requests from finance and business leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Ability to intern full-time for 3-6 months.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to go into the office 1-2x/week.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations.
