About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional RN or LPN Wellness Director to lead our team at The Pavilion of Great Hills community, a 139-apartment community in Austin, TX. This role is for a purpose-driven Nurse leader who thrives on creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
- Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
- Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
- A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
