About the Role
Anthuria is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive revenue by bridging AI technology with post-acute care realities. This role requires deep knowledge of MDS and post-acute reimbursement to demonstrate the value of Anthuria's platform in improving acuity capture, workflow efficiency, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract for SNF and assisted living operators.
- Leverage clinical expertise to connect Anthuria's AI capabilities with facility pain points regarding MDS, PDPM, and clinical compliance.
- Execute outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, attend industry conferences, and build local referral partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to tailor demos, refine messaging, and communicate value propositions.
- Lead pricing, proposal, and contract negotiations.
- Surface field learnings and customer insights to guide product strategy.
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the implementation team to support customer value and retention.
Requirements
- Deep, firsthand knowledge of the SNF/post-acute market, specifically MDS workflows, PDPM, and clinical documentation requirements.
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS/tech sales experience, OR a strong clinical consulting background with proven sales aptitude.
- Ability to navigate healthcare operator structures and communicate with clinical leaders and financial stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex AI and workflow technology for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an agile, early-stage environment.
- Passion for solving real-world problems that improve care delivery and reduce operational chaos for nurses.

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary range: $120,000–$150,000
- Total on-target earnings (OTE): $200,000–$250,000
