About the Role
The Agile Coach will coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across MTA-IT. This role advances large-scale Agile Transformation efforts by promoting Agile principles, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The Agile Coach partners with teams to enhance delivery practices, align outcomes with business objectives, and improve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coaching teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Implementing best practices and tools
- Leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and improve performance
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience enabling and supporting Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments
- Operates in a consultative capacity without direct managerial responsibilities, focusing on influencing teams, enabling cultural change, and supporting enterprise-wide Agile maturity in alignment with the broader MTA-IT strategy.
