About the Role

The Agile Coach will coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across MTA-IT. This role advances large-scale Agile Transformation efforts by promoting Agile principles, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The Agile Coach partners with teams to enhance delivery practices, align outcomes with business objectives, and improve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Coaching teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
Facilitating training sessions and workshops
Implementing best practices and tools
Leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and improve performance

Requirements

Demonstrated experience enabling and supporting Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments
Operates in a consultative capacity without direct managerial responsibilities, focusing on influencing teams, enabling cultural change, and supporting enterprise-wide Agile maturity in alignment with the broader MTA-IT strategy.
