About the Role
The PepsiCo Supply Chain New Graduate Program is designed to develop emerging leaders by providing hands-on experience, ownership of key business initiatives, and exposure to manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will gain broad exposure to plant operations and develop leadership capabilities for advancement within PepsiCo's Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction, coaching, and leadership to a frontline team within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Drive daily operational performance across key metrics including productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime.
- Lead team meetings and communicate business priorities to frontline associates.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in leadership development opportunities, formal training, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate career growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree completed between August 2026 - April 2027 in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, student organizations, athletics or volunteer activities.
- Ability to work an assigned shift schedule, including nights and afternoons, where required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong initiative and accountability.
- Flexibility for relocation.
