About the Role
As a Technician II, your goal will be to calibrate, set-up and use measurement and test equipment. You will measure and record data for assigned projects and draft reports and communicate results.
Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of routine assignments of moderate complexity, including various engineering tests using sophisticated and/or specialized measurement devices and test equipment
- Fabricating prototype components and/or assemblies for product testing
- Measuring and documents all aspects of tests including objectives, procedures, results and conclusions
- Compiling and computing a variety of engineering data; may analyze test and design data and prepare reports
- Making recommendations for schematics, designs, test procedures and/or specifications
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three years of experience working with small/large engines, engine powered equipment or industry related products
- Ability to set-up, calibrate and use sophisticated and or specialized measurement devices and test equipment
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex engineering software
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create technical documents
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
