About the Role
As a Software Engineering Professional, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying Caterpillar’s cutting-edge digital platform. You will contribute to building a world-class platform that supports a diverse range of digital applications. Your responsibilities will span across various functional areas, including new program development and the maintenance of existing mobile, web, and cloud systems.

- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and business partners to design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions.
- Contribute to building a world-class platform that supports a diverse range of digital applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy Caterpillar’s cutting-edge digital platform.
- Maintain existing mobile, web, and cloud systems.
- Contribute to new program development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree (selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field (internships or academic projects are a plus)
- Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)
- Experience through internships, personal projects, research, hackathons, student organizations, or coursework is highly valued
- Successful completion of a drug screen is a condition of employment.
