About the Role

PNC's Commercial and Corporate Banking organization is seeking an Intern to join their team within PNC's footprint. This 10-week "best-in-class" internship program offers exposure to a specific line of business, career-launching tools, and real-world job experience. Interns will support experienced bankers in client engagement, observe advising, managing, and servicing customer relationships across various business segments, and contribute to a growing national franchise.

Responsibilities

Supports the core activities of the client team and line of business by applying knowledge to drive business results.
Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization, including networking, mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
Participates in a structured program with classroom learning and a case study.

Requirements

Working toward a bachelor's degree, preferably in business-relevant majors such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Actuarial Sciences.
Must be a sophomore or junior.
Minimum GPA of 3.2.
Roles at this level are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.
