About the Role

The Live Nation Tour Marketing Manager EMEA is a key role focused on multi-market planning and cross-market coordination within the International Touring Team. This position supports promoters, artists, and show teams by managing and communicating multi-market marketing plans, information, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the International Marketing Director in the day-to-day management of international tours.
  • Work with Local Marketing Teams to deliver campaigns with an emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Create, monitor, and adjust advertising budgets.
  • Develop detailed briefs for international promoters and marketing teams.
  • Track and analyze marketing budgets and performance on multiple projects.
  • Understand campaign objectives to deliver campaigns on time and on budget with ROI.
  • Build and provide measurements for campaign performance, ensuring results drive future campaigns.
  • Offer creative recommendations and solutions to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver presentations and artist pitches.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and third parties, including agencies and partners.
  • Collate all tour marketing assets for review and submission to external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate international touring on-sale schedules.
  • Work closely with the ticketing team to identify opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Coordinate pre-show/day of show press with independent publicists and managers.

Requirements

  • Proven show/tour marketing experience at an executive level within the live music, ticketing, or events industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evidence of commercial accountability.
  • Experience in managing and working within large teams and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital savvy, especially in social media and digital trends.
  • Knowledge or experience working across PR, including press releases, briefs, and relations.
  • Ability to respond to consumer markets, trends, and consumer needs.
  • Ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
