About the Role
Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you will have dedicated time for growth and career development while supporting customers via inbound calls. This role serves as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers, offering a path for early career development with paid training for Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, and career guidance.
Responsibilities
- Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades.
- Transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center after completing the onboarding experience.
- Support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone skills.
- Network with colleagues, take online classes, and engage in other development activities.
- Serve customers and build advanced skills within the wealth management development track.
Requirements
- High energy and enthusiasm with a natural passion for helping people.
- Flexibility and self-motivation.
- Experience in customer service (phone or in-person).
- Ability to thrive face-to-face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.
- Successful completion of all licensing exams is required.
