About the Role
As a Sales Recruiter for UK & EU Commercial hiring, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our revenue-generating teams. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our commercial candidates, ensuring we attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent across our Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Enablement divisions. This role is perfect for a highly driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at hitting high-volume hiring targets while building high-performing sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for UK and EU Commercial roles, from initial hiring manager intake and application screening to final offer negotiation and closing.
- Proactively source and build robust pipelines of passive and active sales talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, networking, and industry events.
- Act as a strategic partner to UK and EU commercial leaders, managing expectations, leading weekly pipeline reviews, and aligning recruitment efforts with overarching business goals.
- Proactively flag pipeline risks and recommend process improvements to keep hiring on track.
- Consistently meet and exceed high-volume hiring targets without compromising on candidate quality or the overall candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records within our ATS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, and time-to-hire metrics.
- Proactively act as a subject matter expert for UK and EU business leaders on commercial compensation benchmarking, competitor insights, and talent availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Enablement roles within the UK or EU market (either in-house or via a specialist agency).
- Demonstrated ability to manage high requisition loads and hit aggressive hiring targets while maintaining a "high-touch" candidate experience.
- Deep understanding of how to evaluate sales acumen, including assessing quota attainment track records, sales methodologies, and overall commercial readiness.
- Highly organized with a relentless approach to outbound sourcing and continuous pipeline generation to stay ahead of hiring needs.
- A persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator who can successfully close competitive candidates and influence senior internal stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who anticipates hiring needs, raises risks before they become problems, and proposes process improvements to stakeholders without waiting to be asked.
