Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries professionally.
- Communicate with clients, clinicians, and caregivers to provide follow-up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with branch staff and clients/caregivers to schedule evaluation, delivery, and repair appointments.
- Assist in the completion of work orders, including verifying client information, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
- Accept delivery of goods when necessary.
- Perform data entry of all pertinent information and scan documentation.
- File documents and folders.
- Assist with physical inventory as directed by branch leadership.
- Provide clerical support for inventory documentation preparation.
- Engage in continuing education related to job duties, including staying informed about NSM policies and procedures.
- Complete follow-up phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by branch leadership.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
