About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing New York permanent team. This role is for a 360 or 270 consultant comfortable owning the entire hiring process, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional candidates in a fast-paced market. You will inherit active vacancies from day one and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-performance environment with premium clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client intake through to offer and placement
Taking ownership of live search assignments from your first month
Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Advising clients on hiring strategy, market conditions and talent availability
Delivering high-quality shortlists within tight timeframes
Negotiating offers and managing the process through to successful placement

Requirements

3+ years of 360 or 270 permanent recruitment experience
Proven track record of managing client relationships directly
Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes independently
Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach
History of billing $400,000+ annually (or equivalent performance level)
Ability to manage multiple live searches at pace without sacrificing quality
