About the Role
Aircall is seeking a highly motivated new graduate interested in starting a career in sales to join our Sydney team. As a High Velocity Account Executive, you will gain hands-on experience speaking with prospective customers, discovering their requirements, and guiding them through Aircall's solutions to contract negotiation and onboarding. This role offers valuable insights into inbound sales, customer relationship management, and market research within the SaaS industry, providing an excellent opportunity to develop consultative sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Executives (AE) of the APAC Market to manage prospects from qualified inbound lead to closing.
- Participate in, observe or run sales calls to gain practical knowledge about the sales process and customer interactions.
- Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers and close deals.
- Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- English (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a customer facing role (sales, support or hospitality) especially in the technology sector is a plus.
- Cannot offer work sponsorship for this position.
