About the Role
The Faculty Student Association of Tompkins Cortland Community College invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach, Women's Softball. This role requires a demonstrated commitment to high academic standards and healthy lifestyles for student-athletes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach with recruiting, player development, practices, and games.
- Manage all other facets of the program.
- Maintain compliance with all NJCAA Division III regulations.
- Attend all necessary departmental meetings.
Requirements
- Previous high school or collegiate level coaching experience preferred.
- First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer required.
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel.
- Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
