About the Role
HouseMax Funding is seeking a motivated Part-Time Marketing Intern to support key marketing initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media engagement, marketing operations, campaign execution, CRM reporting, and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the prospecting box program from start to finish, including assembling boxes, shipping, maintaining inventory, and reporting results in HubSpot to track ROI.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all marketing merchandise and promotional items.
- Conduct regular audits and notify the marketing team when items need to be reordered.
- Manage the loyalty gift program by ordering gifts, coordinating shipments, and tracking recipients and outcomes.
- Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
- Maintain the social media engagement tracking spreadsheet by recording DMs, comments, conversions, and leads generated from organic social interactions.
- Assist with reporting on marketing performance, including social engagement, prospecting box ROI, loyalty gifts, and lead attribution.
- Help organize and maintain marketing assets, promotional materials, and department documentation.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to learn marketing software such as HubSpot.
