Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding processes, including paperwork and new hire support.
- Create and manage employment contracts and labor condition notifications.
- Input and manage personal and salary data.
- Collect and manage all necessary hiring documents, such as letters of commitment and guarantee letters.
- Distribute new hire announcements internally.
- Provide pre-arrival information to new hires, coordinating with hiring managers.
- Plan and support recruitment events for new graduates and agents.
- Select venues and research/compare vendors.
- Manage event budgets and obtain quotes.
- Coordinate with vendors and event companies.
- Support event promotion, participant management, and recruitment.
- Manage event operations, registration, and participant assistance on the day.
- Support new graduate recruitment events.
- Communicate with candidates.
- Liaise with agents, universities, and external vendors.
- Manage the selection process.
- Update recruitment data.
- Create recruitment-related reports and materials.
- Arrange accommodation, restaurants, and transportation for international visitors.
- Coordinate airport transfers, taxis, and shuttle services.
- Manage visitor schedules and liaise with relevant parties.
- Prepare meeting rooms and guest rooms.
- Arrange for coffee, snacks, and gifts.
- Provide on-site escort and transportation support.
- Support the Head and recruitment team.
- Arrange business travel, including flights and hotels.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules.
- Provide translation and support for writing English emails.
- Prepare workstations, PCs, mobile phones, and other necessary equipment for new hires.
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Arrange internal and external dining and restaurant reservations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the recruitment team.
Requirements
- Interest in HR is not required but preferred.
- Desire to be involved in recruitment, including interviews.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- English (conversational level is a must, business level is ideal)
