About the Role
We are seeking a versatile individual to maintain and ensure the safety and functionality of our properties, coordinating external services and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of Cluster Houses Berlin and its facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all fire safety and security regulations, including documentation.
- Conduct repairs in guest areas, public spaces, and back offices, and maintain outdoor facilities.
- Commission, coordinate, and supervise external service providers and companies.
- Undertake administrative duties and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a trade (electrician, gas/water installer, carpenter, etc.) and/or experience as a facility manager.
- Reliable, self-directed, and flexible in solving daily challenges.
- Ability to maintain an overview and multitask effectively, even in stressful situations.
- Ensure technical issues for guests are resolved quickly, professionally, and to their satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
- Good command of German and English.
