About the Role
As a Housekeeping Aide in Long Term Care, you will provide heartfelt support to residents by maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment. You will build impactful relationships with residents and enhance your skills daily. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing of residents' rooms and common areas.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are suitable and equipment is in proper working order.
- Deliver cleaning in a positive and professional manner.
- Ensure residents' privacy is respected.
- Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
- Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check (applicable to British Columbia applicants).
