About the Role
In this role, you will support clients with financial and accounting aspects of M&A agreements for private equity and corporate clients. You will collaborate with national and international clients to achieve optimal value in purchase and sale processes by defining the purchase price. You will also identify transaction risks and develop solutions in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team and PwC experts. Additionally, you will take on personnel responsibility by leading small project teams, training new colleagues, and motivating them for exceptional performance. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies and tailored AI solutions to accelerate strategic decisions and build a solid foundation for sustainable transaction success.
Responsibilities
- Support the advisory on financial and accounting aspects of M&A agreements for private equity and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with national and international clients to achieve optimal value in purchase and sale processes by defining the purchase price.
- Identify transaction risks and develop solutions in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team and PwC experts.
- Lead small project teams, train new colleagues, and motivate them for exceptional performance.

Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration or law.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Transaction Services, auditing, or Financial Due Diligence projects at a manager level.
- Initial experience in leading project teams.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to clients.
