About the Role
Blackstone is seeking an Associate to support the global delivery of Blackstone Connects, focusing on coordinating EMEA and APAC charitable activity and managing the firm’s global charitable committee network. This role requires strong ownership, process, organization, and collaboration skills to manage end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of employee volunteering, giving, and charitable initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of charitable partnerships, employee engagement programs, and events across EMEA and APAC offices.
- Identify, vet, and manage nonprofit partners across EMEA and APAC.
- Coordinate regional charitable activity including volunteer initiatives, fundraising campaigns, nonprofit board service, and internal grant competitions.
- Support the planning and execution of high-profile events.
- Coordinate Blackstone's global charitable committee network across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC.
- Drive consistent processes, communications, and knowledge sharing across committees.
- Contribute to annual program planning and strategy.
- Prepare program updates, engagement summaries, and impact reports for internal stakeholders.
- Track, manage, and report on program budgets, grant allocations, and engagement metrics across regions.
- Manage and maintain Blackstone's employee engagement and giving platform (Deed).
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, grants, and program activity across internal systems and collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in event planning, program management, corporate employee engagement, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage events or large-scale employee engagement initiatives end-to-end.
